Scott Schoder

Vice President

Scott Schoder joined IPI in October 2023. He was previously a Vice President at Hubbard Street Group where he focused on multifamily and retail investment opportunities. Prior to Hubbard Street Group, Scott held positions at LaSalle Investment Management and UBS in the Industrials Investment Banking Group.

Scott earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
