Kamila Kennedy

Kamila (“Kam”) Kennedy joined IPI in January 2024. Prior to IPI, Kam worked on all aspects of real estate and development transactions for Reality Mogul, Blue Vista Capital Management, and Calzada Capital Partners. She started her career in real estate valuation and consulting at KPMG.

Kam graduated from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in Finance, Investment, & Banking and International Business.
