Dane Chodos

Dane Chodos joined IPI in February 2020 and is responsible for business development and build-to-suit activities. He has focused on the data center industry for more than five years. Prior to IPI, he was an Analyst in the Portfolio Management Group at Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) where he was responsible for asset management as well as evaluating development and leasing opportunities. Before that, he provided real estate finance advisory services as a Senior Associate at Equity Center Real Estate and as an Associate at Barrington Capital Corp.

Dane earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
