Alan Chen

Alan Chen joined IPI in June 2022 and serves as IPI’s Chief Compliance Officer and Associate Counsel. Prior to joining IPI, Alan held various legal and compliance roles at TPG, Morgan Stanley, and MUFG.

Alan earned a BA from the University of Houston summa cum laude and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark.
