Tae Kim

Tae Kim joined IPI in 2023 and leads investment activities in the APAC region. Tae was previously a Managing Director at Iron Point Partners, where he was actively involved in managing all aspects of transaction execution including acquisition and asset management activities related to new and existing investments. During his tenure at Iron Point, Tae was involved in Iron Point’s investments in the data center sector and investments in “special situation” opportunities including investments in commercial real estate non-performing loans and distressed assets. Prior to joining Iron Point in 2009, he was an Analyst in the Real Estate Group of Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division, where he focused on a variety of real estate financing transactions with a focus on the valuation of real estate assets for CMBS transactions.

Tae earned a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University in 2006.
