Sean Ivery

Sean Ivery joined IPI in 2018 and leads IPI’s global development activities. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to strengthen and deepen IPI’s global industry relationships. Sean has focused on the data center industry throughout his career and has longstanding experience in negotiating acquisitions of data center facilities, technical infrastructure and operating rights, and complex site selection projects. Prior to joining IPI, he was a Senior Vice President in the Data Center Solutions Group at CBRE. At CBRE, he completed colocation transactions for clients including Symantec, Adobe, Visa, Digital Realty Trust, Charles Schwab, Nvidia, Internap, Comcast, Microsoft, and various data center developers and private equity firms. Prior to CBRE, he held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield and the real estate practices of Ernst & Young and Navigant Consulting.

Sean earned a BS in Environmental Geoscience from Boston College.
