Nikhil Jogal joined IPI in August 2024. Prior to IPI, Nikhil was a Transactions Analyst at Harrison Street where he focused on real estate equity investments.

Nikhil earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
