Megan Pirooz

Megan Pirooz joined IPI in March of 2022 and serves as Associate General Counsel. Prior to IPI, Megan was a corporate finance attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP where she regularly represented financial institutions, private equity firms, portfolio companies, and public companies.

Megan earned a BA with distinction from the University of Michigan, a J.D. from the Michigan State College of Law cum laude, and an LLM in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University.
