Claire Benken

Claire Benken joined IPI in 2022 and serves as a Vice President on IPI’s Capital Solutions team. Prior to IPI, she was a Senior Associate on the Investor Relations team at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, where she assisted with fundraising and relationship management for the company’s various real estate and infrastructure strategies. She began her career with LaSalle Investment Management as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Asset Management team.

Claire earned a BBA in Real Estate & Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
